MEETS SECOND FRIDAY OF EACH MONTH

DINNER AT 6:45 P.M. & MEETING STARTS AT 7:45 P.M.

Brethren,

March was a busy month. There were several activities, and if you missed them, shame on you. I will not talk about all of them because I don't want to steal all of the thunder. First, the stated meeting was wonderful. The Brethren were outstanding with their turn out. There was about 75 members. As for the extra meetings, they keep getting bigger. We went from 6 members in January to 18 in March. This means a lot to the candidate and the conferring officers. We thank you!

Our stated meeting night for April is Masonic Education. Brother Bob Collasius will give a talk on masonry and we will have the children's Easter party. We will start at 6:15 p.m. with the Easter Egg Hunt and have dinner after. The ladies will have activities also. If the children are good, there may be a visit from that floppy eared rabbit (Br. Ed Wesolek, P.M.). Please keep in mind to control your children. There are many different organizations/bodies who are in the building and we want to continue these programs without creating any trouble with others.

The Butler Fish Fry was a success. We had 13 members in attendance. I believe we had more than any other lodge. We also had 15 members attend Crucible Steel Night which was held the same night; a plaque was won by us for the most members from one lodge. This just goes to say we have a very active lodge. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

I want to say congratulations to Br. Mike Colberg, S.W., Br. Bill Dorner, J.W., Baby P.M. Ed Wesolek, Br. Jim Fullerton, and most importantly Br. Bill Bigley, P.M. on a great job at the Regional School of Instruction. Br. Colberg was flawless with conferring the second degree. We are planning a golf outing in August. The details will be in May's notice. So, get your clubs out and join us for a good time.

We have a web site, so anyone who is on the internet gets a chance to see what is going on. Our web address is http://members.tripod.com/~ corinthian573/573.html. Please take the time to see it and tell others.

Well, I hope to all is well with you and your family. It has been a mild winter, but a lot of deaths have occurred and people have been getting sick with all types of flus.

C-ya at the next meeting.

Your Worshipful Master
